Postage and Packing (UK)
We use Royal Mail “First Class” or “First Class Recorded” or “Second Class” ( see listing for which is default” for nearly all of our items. “First Class” and “First Class Recorded” are the quickest services we have found that are cost effective.
Please be aware, if standard non tracked option is selected and the item goes missing, it can take up to 28 days for the item to be either resent or refunded. This is down to Royal Mail policies, if this is not acceptable please select recorded fast option.
Items posted using these services usually only take a day or so, but please do allow 7 working days after you receive your despatch notification before contacting us about the whereabouts of your item. Higher value items will be sent with a courier which will require a signature on delivery. All items are carefully packaged using Jiffy bags or poly bags and bubble wrap depending on the item and a receipt will be included for your purchase should you have any issues. If we send the incorrect part, or it is damaged upon arrival please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out quickly. We will cover any postage costs or offer another solution for wrongly sent items or damaged goods. If you want to return the item for any other reason, the costs are payable by yourself.
Postage and Packing (Overseas)
We use Royal Mail “Priority Airmail” or “International Signed for”, for higher value items. These services normally take on average, 4-15 working days to Europe. USA, Canada, Australia, Asia and the rest of the world can take up to 30 working days to arrive. Please note that it’s your responsibility as the buyer to pay any taxes or import duties charged by your country (if applicable). If your item does not arrive (please allow 21 days for Europe and 30 days for the rest of the world) after despatch notification is received, before contacting us. If we send the incorrect part, or it is damaged upon arrival please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out quickly. We will cover any postage costs or offer another solution to wrong or damaged goods.
